Change of the number of guests must be no later than four weeks prior to the event.
Should the number of guests be reduced by more than 10 % after this deadline (and till 6 days prior to the event), a fee corresponding to 50 % of the price per cancelled persons will be added.

Cancellation and any reduction in the number of guests between 3 and 6 days prior to the event, will be added a fee corresponding to 75 % of the price per cancelled person.
Cancellation and any reduction in the number of guests later than three days prior to the event, will be added a fee of 100 % of the price of the cancelled persons.

Cash and credit cartds are accepted as payment.

Credit cards issued outside of EU/EAA will we added a handling fee 2,75 %.
