Aperitif and appetizer – The New Year’s address of the Danish King

4-courses menu with wines:
Fried hake with sunchoke creme
Tournedos of beer tenderloin with Pommes Anná, marinated forest mushrooms, and glace of redwine
Cheese (Gammel Knas) with tomato chutney og tuiles
Vanilla panna cotta with pickled pineapple

“All you can drink” of wines, draft beers, water, and sodas during dinner.
